Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and LoveLed ("we", "us"). They govern your use of the LoveLed website and homeschool-planning service. By creating an account or using LoveLed, you agree to these Terms.

2. What LoveLed is

LoveLed is a tool that helps you plan, schedule, and manage homeschooling, including AI-assisted plans, material suggestions, and reports. It is a planning aid; it does not provide professional, legal, or educational advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment or for official guidance from your state or local authorities.

3. Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at contact@loveledlearn.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future charges, and deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices and plans may change, and we'll give reasonable notice of changes that affect you.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter about your family and children. You grant us a limited license to store and process that information solely to provide the service to you (for example, generating and scheduling lessons). You are responsible for the information you provide and confirm you have the right to provide it.

You agree not to:

• Use LoveLed for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or probe its security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or that you have no right to provide.

8. Our intellectual property

LoveLed, including its software, design, and content (excluding the information you provide), belongs to LoveLed and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service while these Terms are in effect.

9. Termination

You may stop using LoveLed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

10. Disclaimers & liability

LoveLed is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveLed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the service or AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of LoveLed after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
